Located in Cuxhaven, the holiday apartment Wellness Strandperle has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine as well as a dryer. On top of that, a private sauna and a table tennis table are also provided for your enjoyment. A baby cot and a high chair are also available, and your own beach chair in summer is also provided free of charge. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor area with a garden, balcony, barbecue, and playground. Additionally, guests can enjoy a shared indoor pool.Access to the swimming pool (free of charge, the pool is expected to be closed for several weeks in spring for the annual basic cleaning), the Finnish sauna (use for a small contribution towards expenses) and the steam bath (use for a small contribution towards expenses), which are each located in three other buildings of your holiday complex. Free admission to the famous Zoo am Meer in Bremerhaven incl. participation in the polar bear feedings and seal training sessions, which usually take place several times a day Free admission to the interactive ''Phänomenta'' experimental and adventure exhibition directly in the legendary ''Schaufenster Fischereihafen'' in Bremerhaven 2-hour trip to the seal banks off the coast of Cuxhaven and approx. 40 - 60 minute harbour tour and Elbe cruise A parking space is available on the property. Our luxurious penthouse tower flat is in a fantastic location on the top floor of a holiday home very close to the long, fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. Here you are above it all and can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and the entire coastline as far as Lübeck-Travemünde from your own 35m² conservatory-like south-facing terrace. In the summer months, you can also use your own free beach chair directly on the beach. The in-house subtropical swimming pool with a pleasant 29-degree water temperature makes our wellness penthouse worth a visit at any time of year. Our apartment was completely refurbished to a very high standard in 2020 and extensively upgraded in subsequent years. You can look forward to the following: Wood-burning stove, heated cabin, Shiatsu massage chair, washing machine and dishwasher, tropical rain shower, terrace lounge furniture, 2x LED TV, DVD player, stereo system, DSL Internet flat rate (W-LAN) and two bicycles. In addition to the fantastic view that you can enjoy from every (!!) window, your sunny, south-facing flat also offers you a very central location. Various restaurants and shops (especially in nearby Neustadt), the Sierksdorf tourist centre, various sports and leisure facilities, various cultural attractions, the popular Hansapark and the Baltic seaside resorts of Haffkrug and Scharbeutz are all within easy walking or cycling distance of our flat, or just a few minutes away by car or guest bus. When furnishing our penthouse flat, we have placed particular emphasis on high-quality and cosy furnishings to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As our conservatory is also fully equipped, it serves as a kind of second living room, where you can start the day with a champagne breakfast with a sea view, take a quiet afternoon nap to relaxing music and where your children can play undisturbed.
